Spacious, two-bedroom mobile home on the east side of the bay. Newly refurbished furnishings. Perfect accommodations for two families or friends, but in a private setting. Also a peek-a-boo view of the bay.
Features:
Master bedroom with new queen-sized brass bed with a full bathroom. Second bedroom has full-sized bed and there is a sofa bed in living room. Two full baths, air-conditioned, washer and dryer. Large kitchen, dining area, and two enclosed porches.
Rates:
$90 per night for up to four people. $10.00 extra per person over four. Minimum three night rental. $490 per week (six night week).
EAST BAY RENTAL INFORMATION & LODGING POLICY
CHECK IN TIME: Check in time begins at 4p.m. We will make every effort to have your home ready promptly, during peak season, there may be a slight delay and your patience is appreciated. Check out time is 10:00 a.m., no exceptions, please.
LOCK BOXES/KEYS: One week prior to your arrival, you will receive the lock box code for your rental by phone/mail. The key will be inside the lock box at your lodging. A separate personal check of $25 for a key deposit will be returned to you by mail within two days of your departure.
PAYMENT: To place a reservation, 25% payment is due immediately. The balance is due 30 days before the reservation date. A full refund of reservation deposit before 30 days will be made. After 29-14 days a half refund of the total balance will be given and no refunds after 13 days during the peak summer season. No refunds will be given to early departures.
NO STUDENT GROUPS OR HOUSE PARTIES OF ANY KIND. NO PETS OR FIRES ON PREMISES. Guests assume full responsibility for all damages, excessive cleaning charges or any missing items including linens and towels.
